As a teacher and coach of everything energy, I have always believed that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. I was ready and Dr. Bruce Lipton appeared. His groundbreaking book, The Biology of Belief is one of those very few books that have put me into a different realm of thought. Dr. Lipton is a research cell biologist who decided to open his mind to the possibility of what lies within our biological make-up outside of what has been taught by the medical establishment. His personal discovery that we are all connected and that our environment is what shapes us has added a new arrow to my quiver of teaching tools.
Dr. Lipton has established the cell membrane as the "brain" of the cell. This membrane controls what we receive and what we block as a multi-cellular being. Reading this book will challenge everyone to reconsider what they have been taught by schools, religions and even our own families. Genetics does not control us. Our environment is our teacher and we have the ability to shape everything in our environment to establish the positive ground-rules for our continuing development. If you decide to read this book with an open mind your life will change. I challenge you to take that step and create your life anew with the wonder and splendor of all that awaits.

I want to introduce a phenomenal book called "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. It is a guide on how to find happiness in any given situation in your life. The actual four agreements are as follows:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
3. Don't Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
4. Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
As simple as these four principles sound, it will take diligence to make them habitual. When you do, your life will experience incredible changes that will raise your vibrational frequency. Good luck!
